Play with clay - Private lessons (Available from January)
NOTE: I’m now fully booked with workshops and orders. However, you can book the private lesson at a discounted price for January.
Would you like to “Play with Clay” but cannot make it on Wednesday? No problem. This is the perfect opportunity.
Join me to learn the art of hand-building in two hours or more (select the quantity in the dropdown) one-on-one sessions.
I'm delighted to offer sessions that allow you to customize your learning experience and enjoy maximum flexibility (day and time). Together, we can determine what you'd like to learn and how much time to allocate to each hand-building technique. We can explore methods such as coiling, pinch pots, and slab building, kurinuki to make your favourite tableware pieces, enabling you to discover them all.
No prior experience is necessary; whether you're a beginner or have dabbled in pottery, you're welcome to join.
The package includes all the necessary materials, glazes, and the firing of your artwork. If you book a single session, I'll handle the glazing and firing of your pieces. For each session you've booked, you can select two pieces to be fired. If you book two or more sessions, the final session can be dedicated to glazing your work if you'd like to try it (it's a fun experience!), but the choice is entirely yours. If you prefer not to glaze, I'll take that step.
Refreshments will be available throughout the sessions, and I may occasionally treat us with homemade baked goods.
Your artwork will generally be ready for collection from my studio within 4-6 weeks.
Booking for two people? Select “two lessons” to get it at a discounted price.
NOTE:
All of my workshops are for adults only.
After booking the lesson, please email me the date and time you would like to do the workshop.
